That’s great! For testing purpose we will rename the plugins folder to plugins-old this will allow us to access the admin backend.

Then we can rename the plugins folder back to plugins so all the plugins will be back again.

If there is still a conflict we can test this easily from the admin side it would be better for troubleshooting if we can access the FTP so kindly request you to share the FTP details as well.

1. Enable custom css class name support and add a class name called “custom-testimonial” to the testimonial column or grid that you are using.

2. Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

.custom-testimonial .flex_cell_inner {
    max-height: 300px;    
    overflow: auto;
}

Is it the one that say’s “Googwill Ambassadors” or the one that say’s ” Home, About, etc…” ?

Most of the font settings can be changed from Enfold > Advanced Styling >

I created a test page and check for the issue with partner logo. The partner logo element works fine without any custom modifications(link in private). Please elaborate if any modifications were made using custom code to the elements in question and point us to where we can find or edit the custom code if necessary to fix the issue.

There seem to be a slight glitch with it. We have added the below code in Enfold > Generalstyling > Quick CSS

body .av-special-heading .av-special-heading-tag {
    padding: 0 0 20px 0;
}

Just keep the padding bottom value 0. If you need to change the padding you can do so in the above code by changing the 20px to any number you like.

There are a lot of plugins installed do we have the permission to deactivate all plugins except the youtube related video one?

A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off except youtube related video plugin, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

The “inline-block” rule will make the element collapse in horizontal space next to each other on a the page.

Please try giving it a specific width or share a mockup of the end result you like to achieve.

Sorry for the delay. Have you tried to display an event on a blank page without any other elements? This will let us know if any other element on the page is causing this issue.

We need to take a closer look please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
