    Hi,

Your site was showing a js error in console. While checking for a plugin conflict the website started throwing errors. You have a plugin that is incompatible on your site.

    To fix this issue :

    1. Access the root folder via FTP and go to wp-content\plugins
    2. Re-name plugins folder to plugins-old

This will give you access to the website again and we can take it from there. Or provide us a temporary FTP access so we can troubleshoot this issue for you?

    Best regards,
    Vinay

Okay I got the ftp to work logged in and everything is running again.

    To fix this issue :

    1. Access the root folder via FTP and go to wp-content\plugins
    2. Re-name plugins folder to plugins-old

Do i make a new folder thats called plugins??? how do i get my plugins back?

    #708506

    Hi,

That’s great! For testing purpose we will rename the plugins folder to plugins-old this will allow us to access the admin backend.

Then we can rename the plugins folder back to plugins so all the plugins will be back again.

If there is still a conflict we can test this easily from the admin side it would be better for troubleshooting if we can access the FTP so kindly request you to share the FTP details as well.

    Best regards,
    Vinay
