Hey!

Enable debug mode for page elements which will allow you to copy the shortcode for page elements.

Copy the shortcode for the button and check in the slider options where you can insert the slider/image captions and add the button shortcode there.

If you still have issues please post your wordpress login details with admin role so we can check the backend settings.

As per the theme licensing agreement you can use one license on one site only.
To use on multiple sites please buy additional license accordingly.

Font weight and color are different on your size from what you are trying to achieve. Please adjust accordingly.
Try using this extension for chrome browser you might find it helpful :)

Just remove the stripes on the logo and use the below css. It should work as you intended to do it.

Background-size property can be used but that will not be a accurate solution. https://css-tricks.com/almanac/properties/b/background-size/

I cannot see the repeating background that you are trying to hide in mobile so i’m unable to help you with the css. Please share a precise link if you want to still do that.

To add a background image with color to the header please use css in this format

Did not find any issue updating the product quantity in product page or in the cart.

Thank you I tried the code you provided and it does appear that the elements in the backend don’t stay in the place as you mentioned earlier.

This is mostly due to an html tag or a wrong syntax in javascript which will break the layout.

I need to check the zoho form from where you got the code. Try to copy it again or generate a fresh form and insert the code without the java script code or paste the form code on http://www.pastebin.com and provide us the link. You can paste the code here but let’s just avoid endless scrolling :)

Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

However Enfold does not come with any caching plugin.

You can try to check if any other plugins are causing a conflict.

To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins (and Activate only the Thrive Content Builder plugin).
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

Sometimes the update option do not appear because the server does not receive the required information. Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

I checked the site on the android phone and on desktop windows/Chrome browser. The banner appears correctly.

Could you please elaborate the problem and add the link to the site here so we do not have to refer to the other ticket every time to inspect the site.
