Hi,
The header height is 100% of the browser height and the background fills the complete area of the header however the white space you see below is not the actual header area. You can use a little hack to keep the white space occupied by making the header a fixed header this will also allow users to access menu easily without scrolling :)
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.html_header_sidebar #top #header { position: fixed!important; }Best regards,

VinayHi,
You cannot add js code directly in a text editor unless you are using some kind of a plugin that supports this however in Enfold theme we have provided a codeblock element just for this purpose :)
Please try adding your custom code using a code block.
Best regards,
VinayHey ehquionest,
Have you tried selecting a different size in the media library while inserting the image?

Hi,
I posted your site link on FB and opened it. The logo and everything else looks fine.
This is not a theme related issue but if you still have any such issue it may be due to Facebook not caching your site properly
Please refer to the below links and try using a Open Graph plugin
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-facebook-open-graph-protocol/
Best regards,
VinayHey volmering,
Thank you and happy new year to you too :)
Please add the footer.php file with the custom code in the main directory of the child theme.

Hey paola86pp,
Please use the mailchimp newsletter widget in a sidebar from Appearance > Widgets
NOTE: The mailchimp API key should be entered in Enfold > Newsletter > Newsletter API key first.
For more info please check http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/mailchimp-integration/
Thank you for using Enfold :)
Best regards,
VinayHey LP-Media,
It appears there may be a conflict with the custom code or any plugin added.
To find out which code is causing this issue please deactivate all plugins and remove all custom code and clear the browser cache and check if the issue persist.
The dropdown should work fine at this stage for you… Then you can add the custom code back one block at a time to know which block of code is causing this issue.
Let us know if that helps.

VinayHi,
Yes demo data can be imported without overwriting your current settings using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing. Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.
Best regards,
VinayHi,

You can disable separator from Enfold Options > Header > Separator between menu items
Please clarify if you like to display an arrow for menu items with submenu? If so Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
VinayHey changegroup,
Sorry but the issue is not clear from the previous post but as I understand you want to highlight the parent page when a subpage is visited correct? Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.current-page-ancestor .avia-menu-fx { opacity: 1!important; visibility: visible!important; background-color: #2c4143!important; border-color: #0a2021!important; }You can also choose the parent for the subpage in the page option on the right side which will by default activate the parent page when a subpage is viewed.

The main menu links will work if you add them as a page. Submenu can be toggled by adding a ” + ” icon.

If you do not like the main main to re-direct please try adding the menu as a custom link and just leave URL field with a #
In that case we can add an icon which will do the job for you please refer this link https://kriesi.at/support/topic/customizing-the-icon-menu/#post-728168Best regards,

If there was any code added earlier to fix this issue please remove it and update the theme to the latest version 3.8.4.
Google services like the map feature is now constrained to work with an API key. It is easy to get the Google API key please refer to this link
If you already created an API key please delete all old API key’s from google account to avoid a conflict.
While setting up the API key make sure to add
*before and after the domain name without http, www or https in the URL.Example *.kriesi.at/*

Add your API key in the theme options Enfold > Google Services
