I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login link (password to access if any for the login page) and credentials?

The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

The page is password protected and i’m unable to view it. However thank you for the screenshots it appears you have a duplicate menu widget added.

Please check the widget area in Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar and see if the menu is added multiple times.

Thank you for making the video :) It helped to understand the issue better.

As I understand one page menu does not link back to it’s original sections when you go to the other pages.

To activate one page scroll menu and access other single pages we need to replace the main menu with a one page menu on the page that has different sections where users can scroll.

In your case I think it is the homepage where users click on the menu and scroll to different sections.

To achieve this please perform the below steps.

We will first create 2 different menus one for the one page scroll sections and other default menu that is used site wide. Then let’s replace the default site wide menu with the one page menu using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/different-menu-in-different-pages/installation/

STEPS:

1. Create the default menu that will be used site wide from Appearance > Menu and call it “default menu” do not forget to check “main menu” at the bottom.

2. Install the plugin “Different menu in different pages” and create a new menu location called “one_page_menu” from the plugin settings DuoGeek > Menu Manager

3. Create the one page menu that will be used on a single page with different section #ID’s to scroll to and link the single pages from Appearance > Menu and call it “one page menu”. Do not forget to check the menu location “One page menu”

4. Open the page with one page scroll sections and select the “main menu” from the menu manager on the right sidebar options and replace it with the “one page menu”.

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

I checked the site on FF, IE and Chrome and also on my android phone the icons look fine on my end please refresh the page a few times to empty the browser cache and try again.

Please note that some demos do not include all the images. However if you are not able to download any image at all defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.

To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.

Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing.

Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

Hey taoleo,

I checked your site for any plugin conflict or other possible js errors. Everything seem to be fine. It appears the default css for font size is getting more importance. Was there any custom code added or any modifications done?

Some files may be corrupt, it can be replaced via ftp by accessing the folder ‘/wp-content/themes/’ from hosting control panel > file manager or via the FTP tool and rename the ‘enfold’ folder to ‘enfold-old’.

Download a fresh copy of enfold theme and extract the ‘enfold’ theme folder from the downloaded package and upload it to same location ‘/wp-content/themes/’ this should fix the issue.

Hey pursuit1,

I checked your site and the main menu turns to a compact hamburger menu just before the menu items run into logo.

The logo does re-size fine on my end on Windows and chrome.

If you still have an issue please use the below code in Quick CSS section

NOTE: Adjust the max-width value to be same width as just before the menu items run into the logo.
