Hey goldengate415!
Thank you for reaching out to us and showing your support and interest in our theme. It keeps on inspiring us to do more :)
I will forward this message to Kriesi however most of the time Kriesi is busy working on the theme and new features so you get to hear less from him here but trust me he is always aware of user request and issues.
Cheers!
VinayHey Joanne,

Access your hosting space via FTP and try to rename the plugins folder in wp-content\plugins to plugins-old and let us know if that works.

VinayHey geomat1,
To access the mobile menu items using jQuery please declare a variable first then try to read the variable when the document is loaded.
var menuItem = jQuery('li.menu-item'); jQuery(document).on('click', '.menuItem', function () { //--- YOUR CODE HERE ---// }Best regards,

VinayJanuary 27, 2017 at 6:59 am in reply to: Unable to work on Enfold site any longer due to slowness & lost connection issue #739231Hey ivolutionconsulting,
I checked your site and it seem to be a little slow it took 6 seconds to load. However there are a few things you can do to optimize and speed up the site.
Please contact your hosting provided regarding the connection lost issue it is not related to the theme.
Best regards,
VinayHey!
It appears the approach you have for this is not viable. Please remove the custom code you have and share a mockup of the end result you want to achieve so we can help you better :)

The html and css code should look similar to below
HTML:
<li> <img class="tick-list" src="tick.png" alt="list item"> your list item text </li>Once the image is inserted as a html it should work fine.
If you still have any issue add the below css in Quick CSS
.tick-list { display:inline-block!important; margin-right:10px; }Let us know if you have any questions, we are happy to help you :)
Cheers!

Hi,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
1. To hide the overlay on the banners
.image-overlay { visibility: hidden; }2. The faint line you see is in the banner graphics. Please render the graphics again without the faint line.
Best regards,
VinayHey!
If the scrollbar is removed the content that is below the footer cannot be accessed.
However there is a way to make the scrollbar look nice with some css code.
Please refer to these links

Hey!
I’m sorry to say but the pseudo elements cannot be aligned in relationship with the text this is a browser limitation.
If you like to align the icons with respect to the list item text please add the icons as a image in front of the text and give it a custom classname and style them using css.
Let us know if you need any help with that.
Cheers!

VinayHi,
You are welcome :)
Unfortunately these features are not default features in wordpress so we need to use a plugin and it should work fine without causing any performance issue :)
Post title color can be changed easily using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-title-colors/
Best regards,
VinayHi,
I did check your site once again on a different machine on which i had never opened your site and I confirm that the new favicon is displayed correctly.

The old cache on your local browser may not be cleared correctly. Please check your site on a different system on which you had probably not opened your site.

VinayHi,
All the theme options can be found in WP admin Dashboard > Enfold
These options can be mostly used to change the way your website looks.
If you are looking to improve your website performance install a caching and a SEO plugin
Please refer to this link for recommended list plugins https://kriesi.at/support/topic/recommended-plugins/

VinayJanuary 24, 2017 at 8:05 am in reply to: How to have a full width submenu automatically display on all pages #737585Hi,
To get the html code of any page element right click on the element in this case “menu” (in frontend view) and select inspect. This will show you the menu list inside a UL tag. Again right click on the UL tag in the html code and select Edit. This will allow you to copy the html code as mentioned earlier in point no 5 and do check out the video link that shows you how to use the chrome dev tools, it can be very handy tool for you :)
Best regards,

VinayHi,
We love to help you with this modification. It appears you already sorted this one out? However if you like to center the text since the icons are being added as a pseudo element the icons will not be centered. If you still like to center the icons list text please try the below css
.avia-icon-list { text-align: center!important; }Best regards,
