A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

The video looks good on my end on chrome and windows 8. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
Please check if there are any browser extension/plugin blocking the video from loading.

I checked the link you provided but cannot see the chart. insert the chart inside the color section and it should automatically scroll if you have any issue please share a precise link where we can inspect the element in question.
You can give the color section an ID “scroll-x” then use the below css in Quick CSS

To have something like the example link I would
1. Create 4 different pages (one page for each category) using the blog post element.
2. Create a new menu from Appearance > menu and link the 4 pages.
3. Add a full width submenu and select the catogery menu.The full width menu can later be styled to look like tabs. once you have these elements in place please create a new ticket so we can help you with the required css styles.

To display icons next to menu items or in the top bar please perform the steps below:
1. Add the icon using advanced layout builder and publish the page.
2. Right click on the icon and inspect the element.
3. Copy and paste the icon html to the menu lable.

Yes that’s correct, once the name is changed please import the theme settings from the Enfold > Import/Export tab.
Please take a backup of the theme settings before changing the theme name so you can import the settings later :)

Example : https://kriesi.at/support/enfoldScroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.
To answer your question some servers do not support this feature. Please create a support ticket so we can further investigate this issue and see what best we can do for you.

If you do not want those duplicate pages you can delete it from WordPress admin > Pages
If you like to keep the duplcate pages and not want them to be indexed please use a plugin like YOAST and you can block google from indexing the pages. https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-do-i-noindex-urls/
To remove the current URL from google search page please refer to this link https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en

Have you updated the theme to the latest version 3.8.5 ? Updating the theme should fix this issue.

Changing the theme name will reset the theme settings. Please take a backup of the theme settings first.
Please Install a child theme if you have not yet already http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
In the child theme styles.css just edit the theme name from “Enfold Child” to “Anything you like”.
Theme Name: Enfold ChildImport the theme settings from the Import/Export tab in Enfold theme options.

Yes this is possible, please enable custom css class name support and add the class name “icon-xl” to the button with icon.
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

If you enabled debug mode the page shortcode should appear at the bottom which you can copy and paste it in the new page.
Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing.Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.
