Enfold does not use and does not work with Customizer. Are you trying to adjust something through customizer?

It’s the Layer Slider that comes with the theme. It has a new version and is a plugin and so the WordPress registers that a plugin needs an update.
If you’re not using Layer Slider you can disable it. Here is how to do it:If you are using it, you will need to wait for the Layer Slider update that will be included with one of the next Enfold updates.

If you have anything specific in mind, you can request this feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

It will regenerate images, but you will need to go through the posts and change images manually.

Do you mean horizontal scroll in within the slider?
Actually, the slider is right below the header and so you can use the #top id if you want to scroll to the top.

This is not really theme related, we can help you adjust css but having a popup page on mobile is not a good idea. I think on mobile you should just allow users to just follow the link.
Do you have a popup already? DO I have to complete all the fields to see it?

The images do not show because there is a character in the menu anchor that breaks JavaScript.

Fixed backgrounds do not work on iPad and iPhone, you need to set the image to scroll.
