Can you please check server log for error? Also, you can try again, but delete the Enfold folder and upload a fresh copy. Some files have moved and the sometimes they cannot be deleted.

You’re right that a lot of code has moved, and there could be some reasons why it is not loading, have to look into every situation individually.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
