If you want to have the Appearance > Editor, you need to remove the code of set it to false:
define( ‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, false );This is often happening when there is an unclosed html tag.

Well, looks like the overview can only be created manually. Like image and link added by html. Portfolio categories as a top level are not yet available in masonry or portfolio grid, unfortunately.

Layer Slider comes with Enfold, if you reinstalled the theme it should be there and you don’t need to install it. No other plugins come with Enfold.

I see you have the header.php in your parent theme, did you update it with the new version? The lightbox classes are defined there and that could be outdated.

So you just need to remove that code from your wp-config.php to have it.The video is not available anymore so I could not check the error.

Well, you can try deactivating the themes’ scripts optimization and configure the Autoptimize to do the job for you.
To disable Enfold optimization you need to add this code to your functions.php
