Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

You need to copy this file to your child theme /includes/admin/register-widget-area.php, yes, you need to create your child theme.
And edit that file exchanging all h3 to the strong.

I’m not sure it’s going to work there. The Advanced Layout Builder will not fire on that template and so the shortcode will not work.

Did you test sending the test email with that shortcode?
