It does not matter where you put it, the !important makes it override all the code that is applied to the same element.

You might be using icons and not iconlist and those are two different elements. Is this the case?

Is it on the new server or the same place? Most of these can be adjusted in the Layer Slider.

Do you have FTP access or cPanel? You need to log in there and check just as the regular folder. It can be also due to the use of those image plugins that you have.

The Layer Slider can be not working for different reasons.
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
For now, the two options available are: getting the update with Enfold, whenever it is available or having purchased the Layer Slider license.
