No need the negative margin there, you just need to set is to 0.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

.spacingtitle.av-special-heading {
  margin-top: 0px;
}
```

Not sure it will be, there are plenty of menu plugins out there so many times it does not make a lot of sense to implement it in the theme.
