Hello.
Im combine enfold app demo with tab section from enfold 2017 and its appear some problem.
When i place tab section top of 4 screens with app preview its stop working parallax effect in website – Chrome only, Firefox working normal.

If i use tabs under this 4 rows for app preview everything works fine.

Can you please make new install and try. Im trying from 1 week different servers, computers (mac and win) and its same problem what i send to you. And the problem is only with Google Chrome browser.Regards.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I have made no changes to files, I change the name of theme only. I try on different installation with original theme name problem is same.
Please make clean installation load app demo and place tab section on top. You will have the same issue.Hello.
Your support is terribly slow. What should I do to fix my problem? Should I pay, or need to search 3 party support?
I give you access, I explain if you make a clean installation on your server you will get the same problem so you can debug.
Tomorrow it will be 1 month from the problem. I do nothing on my site, just sit and wait for the problem to be solved. I need my website online ASAP.

Thank you for using Enfold. Sorry for the late reply but due to summer holidays for our support team it takes a little longer to answer to requests.
Setting up the AppDemo on a clean WP install on my dev server and even adding your tab section above does not show the problem on chrome.
I created a new testpage on your server “Enfold Support Test” duplicating your page – also does not show the problem you described.
And checking your page now in chrome also does not show the problem – see screenshots below.Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 Windows.

I don’t know what you make but now I change the position of elements of my homepage and now its working fine. Thank you for your help :) . Please don’t close ticket for couple days if it appears the same problem to write you back.
