Well, the code above is not from the theme so somebody added it. You can remove all that JavaScript and CSS and the logo should show up on your website.

The filter works only with the articles loaded on the page, it does not work with the articles from the prev or the next page. This is its the default behavior.

I deactivated JavaScript merging but merged files are still served. That is very weird, I see that all plugins are deactivated, it could be that your hosting provider has some aggressive caching installed, please ask them to flush the caches.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
