You need to use the WordPress import tool and try to import the lawp.php file from /enfold/includes/admin/demo_files/ folder.

To update php you don’t need credentials for the theme, you need the hosting credential. To udpate the theme, you’ll need the key. Unfortunately, there’s no way to restore it but to buy the license again.
