I am confused now, header transparency does not really work as it should on the desktop right now either.

Please deactivate all caching plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

If you are on the local machine, you can go to the folder with the website, find the wp-content/themes/ folder, make the enfold folder there and copy the files from the zip inside the folder.

Do you have the Enfold zip?
