Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

Also, please try to rename the old enfold folder via FTP and make a new one and upload the fresh version on the theme.

The text box, the upper one is about 490x385px and the image is 475x307px the image is not set as the cell background and so it cannot fill the space.

You can remove the image and set it as the other cell background, it will stretch the image to fill the space.
