Thank you for your interest in Enfold.

Yes, you can use the theme with just the Classic editor.

Yes, that site is using Enfold, but it looks like they are using some listing plugin, or could be a custom post type.

The car boxes are built with the Layout Builder in the Text blocks of the Advanced Layout Builder.
