Yes, that is the z-index issue but your setup has a slightly different html and so I cannot seem to make it work.

Parallax does not work on mobile in this implementation. You can hide these sections and show other sections on mobile screens.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

That function is called in these files:

You need to change it there.

Hi whtmsting1,

Please disable all your caching and performance plugins. Your SSL plugin is supposed to force SSL connection and so the image will not be blocked. Also, the path is to the dev site, it did not change while moving the site.
