Not all the elements can be adjusted via the Theme options, many times you need to add some css.

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

Of course, I am always surprised when users have all sorts of caching and merging enabled while they are making changes actively. It is not time to optimize. Caching should be enabled when the website is almost ready and do not forget to flush caches from time to time.

Yes, this is the correct behavior for the tab section. The only thing that is incorrect is that the last tab title goes to the next line. It should not do that.

Well, the settings are defined in the customizer so the theme does not really affect them. You might want to check all settings for the WooCommerce and the WooCommerce docs on the issue.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.
