I understand. The contact form uses a WordPress mail function that has an issue with delivering to some addresses that is why it is recommended to use an SMTP plugin or even a more robust contact form plugin.

Some hosting providers have the secure PHP options activated.
These advanced settings will probably need to be looked at by your web host,
if “allow_url_fopen, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off” try turning these “on” and try to import again.

Category pages are rendered with the archive.php file and they cannot be edited with the Advanced Layout Builder. I have seen users build custom pages for categories with the Advanced Layout Builder but then you need to configure permalinks for that.

The program shows the menu in the order that it was created in Appearance > Menu. As Rikard said above you can create a separate menu for the mobile and drag the items in the order that you need.

The class can be there from another style, it does not mean that the style of your blog will change immediately. Also, you have several languages. Are you sure you did not change it for some other language?
