    Hi Support,

    First: thanks for the nice integration of Instagram Feed Plugin of Smashballon. EIt works well on our pages.

    We noticed a small mistake. When opening images in the Lightbox, the Smashballoon Lightbox and the Enfold Lightbox open at the same time. The Enfold Lightbox should be disabled here or do you have another idea?

    How can we do that?

    I got feedback from our devs, they cannot reproduce the issue. Please deactivate other social feed plugins and see if the issue gets resolved.

    Hi, Vicoria,

    this cannot be – we have the same problem on other sites (see private content). There is always a conflict with the Enfold Lightbox.

    This is how it shows up:
    1. clicking on the feed entry opens the entry in the Smashballon Lightbox and the Enfold Lightbox at the same time
    2. the Enfold Lightbox is still open when you close the Smashballoon Lightbox

    Do you have the same plugins installed on all of them? Do you have a website with just that one plugin enabled?

    we have created a staging page on one page. There are now no plugins active except the Smashballon plugin. In the private content you will find a temporary login.

    Hi,

    We have implemented Smash Balloon plugin in Enfold 4.7.4. You are using older versions on all of your sites. Please update them to Enfold 4.7.5 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and use Instagram Feed element under Plugin Additions tab of Advanced Layout Builder to display your Instagram feed instead.
