Normally, everyone is able to see the products, if it’s not like that on your end, it’s the settings or the plugins that you have that do that, our theme does not control this aspect of the operation. You check the WooCommerce docs to see why that is happening.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
You will also need to install the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and update php tp php7.4.
