The them does not update automatically, you only get a notice that there is an update available. Updates might break something, so they should not be automatic.

I am seeing your page fine. The css is loaded and it looks ok. Same on mobile and tablet. It was probably just cache. Menu works fine on mobile. Please clear the cache on all your devices and check again.

If you have a direct link you have to manually create an vide embed object.
