Not sure you can achieve that with our gallery unfortunately. That is a Bootstrap carousel with thumbs, you can try to look for a gallery plugin that has similar functionality.

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you or look into some plugins for more flexible MailChimp and forms integration :)

It looks like css conflict with the AccessPress Twitter Feed Pro, have you added it recently?
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)
