Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Or maybe you can try changing the publish dates in the order that you need.

Well, you’re building that page with the Advanced Layout Builder and so the featured image will not show on the single page. You need to add the image manually to be displayed on a single page.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify the WooCommerce config.php on the child theme. You can use the WooCommerce filters and hooks to modify the layout of the product page.
