There is not really a recommended size, more like common sense. 42 is definitely too much for any mobile screen. I see the rule that makes the headline on mobiles to be 42 with the !important; Did you put it in code?

Can you please explain a bit more, what do you mean it does not work?
It shows up on mobile, opens and shows links, and the links work also. Just on smaller screens, it overlaps with the logo. I’ll give you the code for that.

I would say, the better option would be to hide this section for mobile using screen options, and create a new one with a smaller image and a more suitable acpect ratio.
