Responsive Menu / Categories with sublinks behaviour

Hello.
I made a research before posting this topic and unfortunately I didn’t find anything about my little problem.
Well If I have Categories, and sub categories in my main menu, in responvise, it’s impossible to clic and get to the parent category.
You only be able to display or not sub categories when you clic on the parent categories.
How to change this behaviour and made possible to access to the parent category ?
