EDIT:
It looks like it’s not the version of WordPress that is giving me an issue. It’s when I point my domain name to the IP address; that is when I receive an error while creating new pages: “Publishing failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON response.”
Any ideas?

However, not sure if this is an issue with WordPress or Enfold, but just wanted to make you aware of it.

Thank you so much, Mike!! I am pretty familiar with most of this except targeting the proper class/id. I’m learning, though. Thank you again!
In the image provided, I’d like the “Corporate Headquarters” and “Contact Information” to be next to each other (1/2, 1/2) between 768px and 989px since it jumps to a 1/1 Layout.
I cut my css and pasted it into a text document, so all that was available was your css. It’s strange!
EDIT: I am just forgoing this for now. Something is off with my layouts. I have used WPengine in the past and all, so I am not sure why. I will look into it then report back.
Thanks!

It is weird. For some reason I have had layout issues. I even – in the beginning – deleted my install and reinstalled it. That code, however, did not work. Any other ideas?
Thanks, Jordan!
P.S. I cleared my cache and all, even added !important.

Also, on a side note…do you know of a good tutorial on how to find the proper css to target? For example, when do you use .responsive, #top, #wrap-all, so on and so forth. I know it’s probably a stupid request, but I’d love to learn!
I used the ‘inspect’ tool on Chrome but I couldn’t quite figure it out. I inserted code which ONLY worked when I would refresh the page, but it wouldn’t work when used as responsive. So, ignorant enough, I added .responsive to the front and it still didn’t work.
If Enfold has a video on this, that would be great!
Thanks again for all of your help!
Hi Rikard! I think you were looking at the wrong element. the ‘.column-border’ is custom css for adding a border around a cell. That works fine.
I was referring to the 1/3 Grid Element. You’ll see that there is a white border around each column when a link is attached. It displays fine when there is not link but once a link is added, a border is added. You can see this by the images I provided in my original post.
Thanks!
With your dedication to your customers and excellent support, I try to make it easy on you! So on behalf of all of us customers: thank you!
Nope, that unfortunately doesn’t work. I have left the page as-is with the css and you’ll see that it keeps the four columns rather than breaking them into two columns. Please see my private content.
July 4, 2018 at 6:17 pm in reply to: Is it possible to add some arrow or navigation on Tabs Section (Mobile) #981311No worries at all!! I wasn’t sure if it was easy to do or not. I do think it would be a good feature to add, though. Have a great rest of your day! I guess you can consider this post, closed (Since the OP hasn’t responded in 6+ months).
July 3, 2018 at 8:50 pm in reply to: Is it possible to add some arrow or navigation on Tabs Section (Mobile) #980750Hey Victoria!
I have a similar question; however, I am NOT looking for it to ONLY be on mobile. In Enfolds ‘Tab Section,’ is it possible to add navigation arrows similar to whats on the ‘Easy Slider?’
Thanks! Doesn’t seem to work, unfortunately.
That is beyond strange, especially since the site is through WPengine. I have never seen that; the site is currently working. Please take another look! Thanks!
Fixed with your added options.
Hate to be a pain in the butt, and I cannot find many similar issues (Maybe most people use the “Visual Editor” ), but are their any updates on this issue? Since updating to the most recent versions, the site has not been able to be touched in over a month, unfortunately.
Thanks so much!
Sorry, I was away. You can skip that, as it automatically backups everything. Thanks for confirming!
Sure, I won’t touch anything. It’s all yours! Thanks so much!
So, WordPress has the “Visual” and the “Text” options when posting text. The “Visual” option allows me to use the “Enter” key but the “Text” option, the “Enter” key does not work.
In my wp-admin, I have my “Disable the visual editor when writing” option unselected in settings because when using the “Visual” option and then switching over to the “Text” option, it breaks the layout. Therefore, it’s deemed useless.
How do I go about getting the “Enter/Return” key working when using the “Text” option when writing a post?

Thank you.
To simplify things, let’s start with the “Text Element.” When creating a post within that element, I am no longer able to use the “Enter Key” to start a new paragraph. An example:
- When typing a paragraph, I cannot hit enter to move down so that I can create a list (Like I did here).
The enter key simply does not do anything when typing. Feel free to use the login credentials to see for yourself.
Thanks!
I have tried various elements, and the enter key does not work in any of them. I have disabled all plugins, and still the problem persists. I have not has this issue until the most recent theme update on May 16.
Yes, which is why the original issue has been fixed. Can we just disable the “Template Builder”? It’s a pain in the ass (PITA) for people who don’t use the “Visual Editor.”
Ok, the issue has been resolved. However, now, the “enter” key doesn’t work in the “Text Element.”
I just wish this visual editor was not implemented. Seems like it has caused more issues than it has solved.
Hopefully there is a fix soon: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/editor-element-live-preview/
Hi!
We were able to track the issue and will fix it with the next update. thanks for your help guys! :)
Cheers!
KriesiHi, I have done all of that and the theme is up to date. In the link I posted, Kriesi mentioned what is quoted above, which is what I was referring to in my previous post. Also, if you read the [Multiple} threads on the forums, you’ll see that it is not a plugin/corrupted file issue. Regardless, I have tried everything you had mentioned since it’s always the first thing I check.
Sorry for my late reply – I’ve been on vacation! The problem, unfortunately, still persists.
Looks like Kriesi is aware: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/editor-element-live-preview/
Could you please confirm as I currently cannot build out a site. Also, do you have any sort of time frame on the new release?
Thank you!
See Private.
I too am having this issue (Looks like many people are). Is there a solution? Also, where can I find the 3.x.x (Recent release) version of Enfold to download?
Thanks!
No, unfortunately not. In the “#amenities” section (Link in my original post), how do I limit both cells to 1310px, but keep the background color fullwidth of the page (100%)?
