This is not support, what am I paying for? Someone replied to a post but nothing was actually done. The theme is still broken… the layerslider still does not work; I still cannot make a new slide or edit any of the others..
I’ve sent login info several times still nothing was done, is this what you consider customer support?
Maybe in the future you could actually do something to fix the problem, I believe this how customer service/support is supposed to work.I’m still not able to use the Layerslider is someone going to look into this for me? Its been 10 days with no support since I first requested help.
Please help.
ThanksHi Victoria, I have sent the login 3 times now, please login to see the issue first hand. I cannot show the problem with screen grabs… after making a new slider I hit save BUT the slider is not been saved it is not there at all. if I try and delete a slide it will not delete after I hit delete the slider is still there.

This is a critical issue I need resolved;.how do get support for the Enfold theme? i sent a message via the forum https://kriesi.at/support/topic/unable-to-add-update-or-remove-layersliders/#post-1205301 on April 17th I received one reply then nothing. I have sent login info and a short explanation of the problem.
My Problem is:
I am unable to add Unable to add, update, or remove layersliders.

DanHi Victoria, I’m not sure how to screen grab the problem.
I simply cannot make a new slider or edit any of the current slides. I also cannot delete any of the sliders.
I click add a new slider, add content and click save changes but nothing is saved.

sent… I did do a reinstall of the theme via ftp this morning with the new template…

I have recently updated to wordpress 4.7 and now having a problem with being able to edit pages, the avia page builder will not load I cannot switch between visual or text I have updated to the newest version of Enfold (2016 December 13th – Version 3.8.4 ) removed all plugins and I still cannot edit this site.Help please…

I changed nothing in the main theme,
The site is running off the child theme and have only made miner changes to the css.
I have downloaded and installed the latest version/update to the main theme. if I delete the main theme and reinstall will I lose all the pages and content from the child theme?thanks for your time on this.
