Sorry, I meant PHP version 7.0 and 7.1.
March 20, 2018 at 4:12 pm in reply to: Theme Update and WordPress Update has crashed the theme #929907Hi there,
The server log for error is coming up blank. The PHP version was 5.4. We tried switching it to 7.0 and 7.11, but the website is still coming up with Fatal Error.
Sorry, this link to the images might work better: https://postimg.org/gallery/10tnd1o74/
Hi there,
Sorry for the big delay in response — this got lost in my email. I am seeing this padding error on google chrome mobile browser. The images on each tab used to have a “fade in” effect which wouldn’t work on mobile (the image wouldn’t even show up). I disabled this feature which solved that problem. But now the padding is off on each different tab. If you look at the images, the headshot for Emily is perfectly space, but for Julie, Rachel and everyone else, there is extra space from the tab bar and the photo. Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks!

Hi Ismael,
The theme is the most up to date version (4.1.2) and it’s still the same.
No worries on the delay. I would just like to have this issue solved soon. Either a patch through functions.php or Quick CSS. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks.
Is there anyone who can help troubleshoot this for me? I turned off the fade in feature which made the images not load in the mobile version. However, the client would like for this feature to be present. Also, the padding seems to be off in the mobile version. Please advise…
Thanks!
Hi Yigit,
No worries! When I made this post, the site had not gone live yet. Now it’s live under a different name. Since then, we’ve decided to make the portfolio gallery element open to a separate page.
We can close this thread. Thanks for responding.
Best,
TonyYou can close it. Thank you!
I would love to find a solution to this as well. I have a website that uses the tab section with images on multiple tabs. They show up great on the computer but does not show up in the mobile version. I’ve search other threads and have not found a solution that works.
Info shared privately. The tabs are in the team section and membership section.

Thanks! That fixed it!
Managed to fix the issue with advance builder. It wasn’t loading before but it does now.
Thanks a lot!
Sure thing. Credentials are below..
Thanks!
Hi John,
Thanks for this but it modifying has made the site load up as error. Please advise.
Oh perfect, thanks!!
Ah! Yes, when I downloaded the parent theme, it was labeled Enfold 4.0. Fixed the issue, thank you!
Hi Rikard,
I downloaded the child theme from the link you provided and am still getting the same issue. Please advise.
Thank you!
Hey Rikard,
I had to change the PW bc the client was having issues. New info below:
Hi there,
I am having the same problem and from what I can see, the style sheet for my template matches up with the child theme style sheet. Site is provided below.
Thank you!
Worked perfectly. Thank you!
I turned off the mega menu option, clicked save and it still said 404 Error. However, I did manage to rearrange the menu item on Appearance -> Customize -> Menus and save succesfully.
Thanks for the advice anyways!

February 2, 2017 at 6:31 am in reply to: Ajax Portfolio – Removing Title and Description/Adjusting Image Size #741566Hi Rikard,
Apologies, the site was down because I was transferring it to the new domain. The site is now located at: http://www.amberfreda.com.
Any help with adjusting the gallery would be much appreciated. Thank you!

January 28, 2017 at 5:10 am in reply to: Is it possible to move copyright footer under navigation #739674I finally had time to go back to this and learn how to install and work with Child-themes!
I was able to get a widget into the navigation bar. Whoo! Only now I can’t seem to get it to center. I tried text-align: center but it wouldn’t work. Suggestions?
Thanks!
I ended up disabling all of my plugins and removing extra quick CSS codes. That seemed to have fixed everything. I’m able to edit everything through Advance Styling now. Thanks!

January 24, 2017 at 7:15 am in reply to: Adjusting Ajax Portfolio Size without affecting the format for the website. #737549Sorry for the delay. I was making some edits and the header was no longer out of position. Strange that it somehow got affected.
Thanks for responding!
January 11, 2017 at 6:10 pm in reply to: Is it possible to move copyright footer under navigation #732187Hi Guenni,
Sorry for the delay in response. Thank you for the advice!
Forgive me if this seems like a dumb question, I’m still pretty new at editing php files. I’m able to find the functions.php file but am unsure as to where to insert the code that you provided. There are instructions to set the global var below in childthemes function.php to true. Does that need to be done? Which line does this script specifically need to go on?
Thanks!

The footer is on all of the pages except for the home page. I’d like for it to rest under the navigation bar on the left if possible?
Thanks again,
