Is Enfold no longer supplying updates for the layer slider? Will it be coming out in a future update?

My site is not very complex and doesn’t have a lot of plugins, in the past it has been something like the layerslider in the theme that had an update that was causing the unupdatable update.

I contacted my host, they told me the error reported was Bad Acct,
the server was blocking email because of suspicious activity, the site was examined for malware and none was found, they are in process of unblocking the email. could the odd activity be a result of weirdness between wordpress and the theme and the form?

Hi Andy,
I am still getting the blank slider at page load. I have tested it in chrome and Firefox on several different computers and networks. It will load correctly if you advance the slider but not at page load.

the issue appears to be with the sucuri firewall, I have tested the video slider on another enfold site with an identical set up that is not behind the sucuri fire wall and it operates as expected. I’ve put a ticket in with sucuri to see if we can come up with a solution. Thank you for helping me pin point the issue.

Thanks for looking into this.
I have disabled plugin: wp-supercache also the caching on the sucuri firewall but the full page sider still opens on a blank frame just a lot slower.

Also I would like to edit the size to 1500 px wide x 400 pixels tall rather than the 1500 x 1500

I applied the solution you suggested but it still isn’t working, I have also re-installed the latest update of the theme with no change.

sorry I couldn’t respond earlier the forum was closed for holiday, it was a firewall setting issue and has been resolved

The modification to the functions.php fixed it I hadn’t refreshed my cache, derp… Thanks
