Thanks Rikard.
I’m in a similar situation, trying to determine cause of LCP on some sites (not on all). Still investigating. Interested to see what you find thinkjarvis or the Enfold team’s comments.
Most of the time for my sites it’s either the H1 or the first paragraph that is being flagged as the LCP. Wondering if it is font styling that is rendering late causing that?
I took a quick look at your logo thinkjarvis on the Doodles of Art site, and one thing I noticed is for some reason in responsive mode on Chrome I never get served a smaller image than the original – I only ever get the 790×400 being served. Wondering if that is connected to why it’s being flagged?
If I find anything concrete I will share here.

Done, another 5 star review left.
Hi Gunter,
Wow that was quick! Where can I leave 5 stars?!
Thanks for implementing that, can’t wait to check it out in the next release.
Tim
Thanks as always Yigit.

Hey Gunter,
That’s awesome, thanks for improving that element so quickly. That’s why I stick with Enfold, your response to suggested theme improvements is always so positive.
Thanks again.
Hey Gunter,
Awesome, great to hear, thanks for that.
Also I see the changlog for the next release has been updated which is great.
Hope to see it soon.
Thanks again
THP.
Hi Yigit,
Any update on this one? Really hoping to see this in the next release working fully if possible.
Regards
THP
Hey Yigit,
Thanks for the update, much appreciated. Ok I will keep an eye out for it in the next couple of releases.
Thanks,
Tim
Thank Yigit, I really hope the devs can see the benefits of changing the structure of this element.

June 22, 2021 at 12:12 am in reply to: Gallery Thumbnail Layout Issue on Chromium-based browsers #1306832Hi Ismael,
Looking at the changeling for the upcoming release, it seems this issue has been fixed – can you confirm please?
Thanks
Hey Ismael,
This is not the permanent solution right? I’m hoping the next Enfold update will correct this properly?
Thanks
Ps. Nice work think jarvis!
I did similarly to thinkjarvis as a test – I replaced the logo on 2 sites with a normal image that was already elsewhere on the page so that I could confirm this other image was working with srcset.
Yet when I selected that same image as the logo, srcset does not get output (I believe due to the hardcoded sizes still being present).
May 30, 2021 at 7:01 pm in reply to: Gallery Thumbnail Layout Issue on Chromium-based browsers #1303027Has this issue been resolved and included in the latest update?
Wondering if we still need this CSS code or not.
thanks.
Agreed, responsive logo not working in 4.8.3, the hardcoded sizes are still present.
Please fix ASAP!

I’ll keep an eye on the change log to see more elements get supported in the next few releases as well. (perhaps you could mention in the change log when the final elements have support added, so we know ALL elements have it?)
Hi Gunter,
Excellent, thanks for explaining that.
That should do it.

I still would really love to see a roadmap of plans, but thanks for at least letting us know about webp support. On that point, since webp’s new successor AVIF (https://blog.shortpixel.com/what-is-avif-and-why-is-it-good/) is now getting some support, could you consider supporting both when you implement the webp changes?
