Hi Nikko,
Thanks for taking care of it. In the past 2 weeks, we havent experienced any issues with the website, so I think disabling post-css worked!
Best,
AnnaHi Nikko,
Thanks for looking into this, however, the issue still occurred with all the same pages. I had to reboot them this morning by clicking “update” on all of them. Do you think there is anything else we can do to find a solution to this?
Thank you,
AnnaHi Nikko,
That is right – I needed to update the page and after the update it worked. However, it is only a temporary fix. When the pages are not loading correctly, they look like this: https://we.tl/t-roPzpqNg2j
In terms of caching and plugins, that was the assumption of another moderator – see more details on case 1407137. He cleared cache and turned off the plugin that supposedly caused the breakage, but it was only a temporary fix. I would like to find an ultimate solution to this issue to prevent it from happening again in the future. I would appreciate your help in this.
Thank you!
Regards,
AnnaHello Mike,
It does load correctly now, as you resolved the issue in the different thread! Thanks again for your assistance and have a nice weekend!
Best,
AnnaHello Mike,
Thank you so much for diving in and fixing it! It has been a few days since you implemented changes and all the elements still load correctly. I did made some changes to SBC page, so this might have helped with the odd gaps between certain elements.
Thanks again!
Anna
Hi Mike,
This is how some pages load: https://img.savvyify.com/image/xb7A
This is how it is supposed to load: https://img.savvyify.com/image/x5KLThis issue is fickle: we would experience it for a few days, then it would be gone, then it would occur again.
Thanks,
AnnaHello Ismael,
For some reason, pages that appeared broken earlier load normal now. However, now I experience issues on some other pages (https://telcobridges.com/freesbc-home/). For example, the desktop version contains a large gap: https://img.savvyify.com/image/xNXd. Another instance is the mobile version of https://telcobridges.com/sbc has different layout of the footer: https://img.savvyify.com/image/xVAt.
Please feel free to use the information provided in Private Data section to check for any underlying issues. I am not proficient with CSS and backup development, so I prefer not to change any theme settings myself.
Thanks for your help!
AnnaHello, the issue hasnt been resolved, so the team’s response would be appreciated. Thanks.
Thanks for checking! I meant not loading correctly – some elements just dont show up on the page (orange background with white text for the top banner, divider, orange elements in the bullet point). You can compare these 2 pages and see how the second one doesnt look right, even though they are design exactly the same way:
– all elements are loading correctly: https://telcobridges.com/products/voip-media-gateways-tmedia/tmg800-media-gateway/
– some elements wont show up or are distorted: https://telcobridges.com/products/voip-media-gateways-tmedia/tmg7800-media-gateway/There are several webpages on the website with the same issue. However, it used to show up correctly prior to making changes in Advanced Styling.
