I hope you’re well my friend! I thought we had resolved this issue but it has returned. I gave you guys temporary log in credentials a number of weeks ago and it was fixed for a time. The issue was resolved but now we are back to the same issue. Essentially anytime I access a webpage and look to make an edit, once I click the page to begin to edit, the change (code vanishes) occurs.
Here is the before and after. You can see where the code disappears once you access any page/post.

This code <br class=”avia-permanent-lb” /> vanishes from each line of code. You end up with sentences stacked on a page with no breaks. I have to go back and manually add this line of code.
Again this code vanishes once you attempt to edit ANY page/post
<br class=”avia-permanent-lb” />I’m busy as an SEO specialist optimizing every bit of content I can. Every single time I access any page/post I have to go back after I make my addition/edit/correction and add this code again.

Thank you for the reply. I’ve included a temporary log in good for a week. This is below in private content section. Essentially what’s is happening is this. I have a role on this project as SEO Specialist. I access the pages to make edits/updates. However when you do access the site and actually open a page to make an edit the page loses all break code. I’m sure you heard this by now from others. Here is a sample of that code that is lost each time you access.<br class=”avia-permanent-lb” />
So an edit that take minutes now takes many times that because I have to restore the code. On my Home page bottom I’ve lost some text and other intel just above footer. This is because of the instability of the page. I need to add this area back. I appreciate the assist. I made a test page called Kriesi Test Page inside WordPress
This issue is easy to reproduce. Once you edit a page and save with <br class=”avia-permanent-lb” />
When you go back and access for whatever the reason, once you decide to open to text area all the break code leaves.Let me know if you require anything else.

Hope you’re all well! I have a question. Thanks in advance for the assist! You worked with me months ago to resolve an issue.
The issue; In the website breadcrumbs there was a h1 heading which I was not aware of. Together you and I changed that to an h3.
Problem; Prior to that when I would create a web page and include my normal h1 at the top of the page it would conflict with the existing h1 in the breadcrumbs.
But now I seem to be good to go in “Pages” because now in each particular page I could have an h1 used properly that I create.
Now I would like to refer to Post Pages and my question.
I’m having the same issue. But if you read the ahrefs.com report below the problem with the h1 is occurring now only on Post Pages.
Can you speak to this issue? In terms of SEO and attempting to optimize anything on my website I’m receiving conflicting information.
We all appreciate the help on this side.

Hope the holidays was excellent for you and yours. Reaching out to you because I do need some help. During our time working together we did touch on the subject of duplicate h1 tags. I had asked you how to remove the h1 within the Breadcrumbs.The reason is Utilizing my Yoast Plug in I keep getting the same error message shown below in my pages. Any ideas? This is awful for my SEO. I would appreciate any of your expertise on this.

Let me clarify. If you were to view my website and click on the ABOUT page just as an example and then want to go to the Home page how would you do it?
You’ll discover there is NO HOME BUTTON. I’ve been saying this to you for a month.
Please go do this and you will see no Home button. Until people can click Home and properly, smoothly navigate my website this task is not complete. Hover your mouse over the area to the left of “About Mateja”. You can see the ability to click. The word HOME is right there but very faint.
Hover your mouse it will say Home. What I had asked you to do was to add CSS to make this more visible.

Thank you for the info. I’m going to adjust when I have a chance. I want to change the link color from light to darker. So when you see text that has a link attached it appears better for the reader because right now its poor. Right now the Turquoise as I mentioned is too lite.
Rikard can you do one last easy thing and we’ll put this task to bed.
I need you to add some CSS to make the Home button appear a brighter white. On a desktop the word “HOME” is barely visible. Can you please use your magic to adjust and we’re done here.

I tried to change the color of links on the website to a dark color such as Blue. Currently it is this pale pastel color turquoise. So on a mobile the link is difficult to read because it is a light color. Can you change it to darker? I’m fine with a shade of blue. I didn’t want to bother you! I’ve been trying to get the hang of the various touch points I can affect myself .. but couldn’t wrap my arms around this one yet… ..

I’m having a terrible time with the website on mobile with respect to slow load times. Main page is somewhat good but deteriorates from there. Do you know how to add these Preload requests? Not too happy about your comment this morning! If you take the time to scroll up just a few inches you notice Rikard handled one aspect of the task we were working on. I congratulated him for that. However we’re NOT done! So yes I do need further assistance! I’ve been working on this for the better part of a month!
We are almost finished but until complete this is affecting website conversions …

When I read your response I went Incognito to view the menus on mobile. There are NO menus at all now. I’m not sure what’s going on? So far it’s either both menus or none. We need to figure this out. Meanwhile you need to adjust back because I get both menus. Rather have both menus then none at all. With none at all the only navigation is within the footer. ..
Is this a glitch? Take a look please.

Thank you for the explanation. I followed all steps & successfully installed. Where I am currently…
On a desktop I see the menus but they are duplicated. I would like to remove the top most one. But when you go Incognito and view on Mobile that is the only menu I see. So the good news is people can now navigate my website properly on a mobile.
So therefore I have 2 questions.
1. Can we eliminate the duplicate menu when viewed on desktop
2. How do I get the other menu on my mobile not the one currently being used. Is that an option?Rikard,
It explains a lot! Can you explain in a little more detail? I’ve set up the menus before in this area but this has 6 different places where the menu appears so its a little more complicated … so can you give me more of a step by step ..
With more direction I think I can get this done..

I provided access to WordPress previously in this thread in private. The credentials are still valid. I added that snippet of code you sent me. Next in the drop down there are 3 choices in WordPress in the “Alternate Menu for Mobile”
1. Do not use for mobile
2. mainMenu –> Enfold Child Secondary Menu (using this one currently in my settings)
3 topMenu AMP Footer Menu*Appreciate the assist!

But when viewed thru a mobile browser is no menu to navigate. Can you please fix this too?

Very simple I need help with the mobile menu. Use Incognito browser and access my site. There are no menu keys! Help me get the buttons to show including the sub menu options under About & Service. But also just as you did last month you adjusted the color. Right now the color layout is poor.
Rikard I can’t explain it any plainer that I need the menu buttons to show on a mobile phone and I need you to adjust the color scheme and pick better colors please so it’s not a mess.

Update. Using Child theme/ (Child Theme Configurator plug in) I’ve successfully re-imported most content.
What you can help me with is the same thing you helped me with when we started talking in November. You did an awesome job simply setting up the right color scheme for the menu keys & their drop down and the mobile menu. Under my About Tab & Services tab there are sub menus …
I got the Home button back in the menu area but it’s barely visible.
Rikard if you could simply repeat what you did I’m good to go. I recreated most things but the color is throwing me off.

I lost the customization of my site when I added the Child theme. A tremendous amount of work lost. What can I do here? The website is one continuous page too if you notice it scrolls forever. What a complete cluster! Even though I selected the front page as static page. It shows me a page about trauma.
This is not going well at all & I’m not happy.This is exactly what I was afraid of. This is my worst nightmare! This is where I’m also calling on your expertise where to go from here? What can be done here?

I added a child theme. I added the code snippet you sent me to functions.php and paste the code at the bottom of that file. I’m assuming we’re good to go. It would mean a tremendous amount to me if you could check my work and let me know were good to go. I’m assuming this was all that needed to be done.
Site is looking real good lately with all the additions/changes I’ve been making. However my site traffic is almost to 0! I believe it the duplicate h1’s so I appreciate all the help!

That is an outstanding article! Thank you very much for sharing. Fortunately I’ve been using that Yoast SEO plug in for years so I’ve grown to know how to set things up right. Except for this area we’re discussing. So I do want you to remove that h1 in the breadcrumbs. My expertise in web mastering (or lack) I don’t know what effect it will have on the look of the site but I need you to please remove it.
I want to be able to set each web page up properly structurally speaking. h1 at top & then a hierarchy based on content using mix of h1/h2’s

I changed that to an H1 as we discussed. I wanted to include a screen shot I took from Bing. It tells me I have two instances of having an H1 on the home page of NaturalStressManagement.com So I’m getting conflicting data. You spotted how I was missing the H1 but Bing says (see screenshot) I have an issue.
Can you tell me how to proceed?

Thanks for the heads up! I changed that H2 to an H1 at the top of start page. What I actually meant though was is there another place above the head such as within the theme layout where there is an H1 I missed. I think the answer is no!
But what I really do need help is in linking the mobile menu we were discussing. On my website the About Us, Services and Contact Us all have drop down sub menus. Those are currently accessible but there are also actual pages created for About Us, Services and Contact Us that need to be accessed on mobile.
Can you guys please help me link that up?
