Thank you for the info, I tried a few suggested steps and finally managed to access the Dashboard. There is now a new issue. I’m using the full-width easy slider to play a video that is uploaded to the server. It is now no longer loading, yet there is a tiny thumbnail, center top that plays the video. Is there something that I need to do to fix this? Thanks

Really? So your telling me as customer of Enfold, I’m to expect that a plugin that is promoted within the theme will not work as expected. Seems that this issue would be a simple fix to be hard coded for the next update. I’ve been using Enfold for 4 years and have found that in the past most moderators are happy to pass these issues onto the devs. Shame that this is something I can expect every time I use the premium version of LayerSlider WP. And yes this is an issue with the premium version, as it’s not an issue with the bundle version.

Is this a glitch that will be fixed in the future? Seems odd that if you have the premier version of LayerSlider WP that it would work seamlessly with the Enfold theme, since you have a bundle version that comes with the theme.

Ok so no help. Must be very busy :)
I may try another theme which should resolve the issue. Too bad as I really like Enfold, but I can’t afford issues when I have clients who depend on me to keep their site up and running.
Thank you for doing this. Is there not a way to update the theme to it’s current version without the site showing errors? I’m not sure if this is an actual issue with the new theme as I have updated other sites to the latest Enfold version on the same host and without any problems.
I really would like this theme updated, any further help would be super appreciated.

Is my site now screwed?
I can login to the Dashboard and see all the pages etc…Wordpress is the latest version…all seems fine. Just when I preview a page i get the error. or if I visit the site from a browser.

Hi Mike, thank you for your help. I guess the code may have not been added correctly the first time.
Hmmm no caching plugin or host caching, I even added the code to the child theme’s style.css and still no changes. I also turned off all the plugins to make sure none of them are the cause.
