Is there any likely resolve soon to this map issue?
It is still broken on EVERY site.An info update greatly appreciated!
Stevo
ps. I appreciate that it won’t show next to the header section, but as you can see it’s shoved ALL the way down!
Stevo
@Kriesi – thank you :-)
Applied Enfold update and all working 100%
Will let you know if anything else occurs.FAST & HELPFUL as always – brilliant service!
Hi @kriesi,
Another page example, where ALL content is missing from view: http://ellenwade.com/then-and-now/
Thanks again
stevoHi Kriesi,
Browser cache cleared – still an issue: http://ellenwade.com/gallery-press-archive/
stevo :-)
Not entirely sorted yet: http://ellenwade.com/gallery-press-archive/
this website has been reverted to previous WP, as – EVEN AFTER AVIA UPDATE – the Masonry galleries were not appearing.stevo :-)
DON’T PANIC!
If you have a backup, restore to previous WP version (or download it online) and await Kriesi’s update, which I’m sure will be quite quick!
These things happen from time to time.
I’ve just done this for my own websites.- This reply was modified 8 years, 8 months ago by Steve.
Maybe a drop of QUICK CSS in the meantime..?
I can confirm this – Masonry, background layering animations all STOPPED COMPLETELY also.
URGENT UPDATE please Enfold chaps :-)
March 18, 2016 at 9:10 pm in reply to: ALB background & transparency on woocommerce single products #600550Thanks Andy, but that didn’t change anything at all…
I am still trying to just add AVIA elements within a single product page.
The problem is when I switch to Avia builder, the product info disappears entirely!Stevo :-)
March 15, 2016 at 7:49 pm in reply to: ALB background & transparency on woocommerce single products #598565Does that make sense Rikard? I basically want to know how to place an AVIA header in a single product page
…and KEEP the original product info?Thank you
Stevo :-)March 15, 2016 at 8:41 am in reply to: ALB background & transparency on woocommerce single products #598245Hi Rikard,
You misunderstand me :-)
Not asking for redesign, just whether (once you’ve switched a product page to use the Avia editor) it’s an easy option to put in template elements (at least the HEADER) and have them show with the product info.
That’s the difficulty I was having – I can add template elements, but then the product info disappears.
So: is there an easy way to avoid this problem..?
Stevo :-)
Nice one Yigit!
Knew it wouldn’t take long ;-)
StevoKahn – I didn’t have that issue once the fix was applied. It sorted the issue.
Complex little bug, methinks!
I can confirm that Maximus_ is CORRECT!!!
I have just carried out the code alteration/addition he suggested, and everything works 100%.
It would indeed appear to be a little bit of code missing…
Stevo :-)December 10, 2015 at 10:08 pm in reply to: Contact Form no longer functioning (after update) #550749Agreed, dohodoho: I’ve been in a similar position, and, despite the preference for security, it seems best to upgrade somewhat later, as errors can happen anywhere, any plugin; given the increasing complexity and versatility of WP, this is inevitable and a side-effect of fast open-source productivity.
Good IT-related business is ALL about solid troubleshooting, and though a preemptive approach is vital, the reality is that in a fluid environment it’s more about HOW they’re dealt with once discovered, and here I can only compliment Kriesi & crew, as the support is ON IT, unlike a rather high percentage of other template/plugin providers. Seen from the other end of the lens, they’ve also corrected several of MY mistakes, and provided extra help even when it’s clearly not truly related to the template.
This suggests to me that GOOD PROBLEM SOLVING is done through mutual support, and benefits the growth of all our business.

Steve- This reply was modified 9 years ago by Steve. Reason: updated progress
Hi chaps,
A possibly important update to this issue:
I noticed that when I disable the VALIDATION of the SELECT ELEMENT parts of the form, it SENDS PERFECTLY.
So, there seems to be an issue purely with the multiple selection options, not the whole form itself.
(ps. I did also try turning ALL other plugins off before doing that, but it didn’t help)
Thank you

Hi there,
I was actually referring to HTML framing Ismael, not ‘iframes’, but they seem to ha e resolved this by removing the html framed forwarding now.
Regards
SteveHi there,
My mistake Ismael – it was IE8.
Please check again, and apologies!
SteveTo update you guys on this We’ve discovered that the clients were framing the site from other URLs.
My question: Would this cause issues with cart emptying, etc?
(We noticed that the ‘Responsive’ fails to work completely when forwarded using frames.)Hope this helps you, as well as us!
Regards
SteveApologies – I forgot to mention that the browser in question is IE 11
Sorry about that!Any clues..?
Steve :-)November 12, 2015 at 5:49 pm in reply to: Cart icon shifts down (on mobile) when enlarging depth of logo/header area #534929Hi Andy,
It was resolved by centralising the logo.
However, its still there, as it seems that – in the template’s standard form (slim/large header size, header left/menu right, mobile menu for tablet & iPhone) – there is a little bug in the placement of the cart icon on iPad, which causes the cart icon to be pretty much hidden under the mobile menu every time.
Worth looking at I think..?
Cheers

November 10, 2015 at 11:52 pm in reply to: Mobile menu overlapping the Woocommerce shopping cart icon #533761(ignore my response – apologies, it’s a different issue I think)
November 10, 2015 at 11:17 pm in reply to: Mobile menu overlapping the Woocommerce shopping cart icon #533746Hi there,
I have the same issue, and have had to reposition the logo centrally to stop the cart icon virtually disappearing under the mobile menu – especially on iPad
Perfect! Thank you Yigit :-)
Thank you very much! Lastly – is there any way to make the text smaller for this also?
Appreciated :-)
Thank you for a quick response!
I’ve done the 5 column option (anything to avoid the php files!), so you can see it in there now (link privately provided).
Apologies, but I also need it quite small and light grey – can you add a Quick CSS adjustment for all in one go?
Again – thank you :-)
SteveThis on the LayerSlider website:
Updating the bundled version in a theme
If you’ve received LayerSlider as a bundled item in your theme, new releases will be provided by the theme author through theme updates. Please note, our auto-update solution doesn’t work with bundled versions of LayerSlider.Do you release the latest version when you do an Enfold theme update?
Steve :-)Just in case, site location added (private)
