I understand. I think Revolution is better as it has a library of importable templates which are very good and modern. Layer has too many cheesy animations and less quality UI of the themes of sliders. Ask him to look at it over the years it has moved ahead Alot.

The issue is the height of the slider at the top. Extra white space makes the header very wide. I have tried setting the height in the theme setting to slim and it makes no difference and setting the header to the minimum height does not reduce it either. Any thoughts?

so I want to make the header appear slim so the slider is not so low down. Its a fixed header and I would like the height to be the same when the page loads i.e. slim.

thanks, but I can’t that option is stuck on default. None of the sliders created are appearing in the dropdown as options it i stuck on default.

Thanks, it because I am rebuilding the site on a staging url. (To see it you would have to alter a hosts file. )

The issue is that the sidebar is pushed down the page – the portfolio content is full width on the page and the sidebar does not appear at the side.

Instead the sidebar appears below the content – see the example below – hope it helps!

Hi Please tell Kresi I want to complain. You left my site with another theme active – which is not enfold and it broke the site and left it a mess. I left the site working and with enfold even if slow. I

Now people from all over the world at this international festival of music tech think my site is rubbish and broken and the theme is no good.

Why have you not given me examples of the settings to change and which file name to chnage and an example?

This is what people used to do at the start of WordPress i.e. be proactive and helpful. This seems now as support – do as little as possible and make the client spend hours following up emails is requests for more information. It annoying. I am at an international Music Tech Festival in Euriope and people ask em about the theme what can I say to them?

I manage the server -what permissions do I need to change? Where? Please explain what the permissions are and if this is the case and I can change them.

I tried both auto and manual already and they did not work either way.

I have already tired other Minify cache methods – better wp minify – the one Kresi used at one time and it did not work

There is the same problem with the theme and other cache and minify plugins but not with Wordfence. I this is a serve issue why does that not break the theme?

Please explain which file name I need to change an example of what it needs to change to.

Well it might be the first time you have seen this but if you look through the forum this is a long standing problem going back years which has never been address.There are no recommended and working plugins cache and minifyin the recomended plugins thread and there shoud be of course.

I have already done that. several times.
Please login and look at it and provide an answer to problem than possible ideas. I have already informed you at support told you that I have still had problems when I deactivated all the plugins so it s not a plugin issue its a is a site issue as other users have noted.
