Okay, but could you tell me why the cart flyout has disappeared again. Remember how the opacity made it transparent?
Also, the back to top button when you’re at the bottom of the page does not work. This happened before.Firstly, Thanks for the help again.
Below is another thread from you guys for the same issue. I found this thread by copying and pasting the Query Monitor’s Script errors into the web. Kriesi is the first result. So I went ahead and posted the next two Script errors into the web, they too pop up Kriesi first.
The other three threads show some knowledge of these missing dependencies but I am unsure of how to resolve them. No response yet from Codeable.The private data includes the previous threads to Kriesi, followed by the copied/pasted PHP Errors

There are only 30 day backups. It took over 2.5 months to even get enough support to find out we had the issue with Enfold. This is not something that is a small deal but a giant issue with my e-commerce system now. I guess I need to abandon the theme altogether. Sad day after 4 years of building this… Beyond scope doesn’t explain why it takes so long to get responses from the team. When 5 people chime in on one topic, and nobody backlogs the thread to actually get a new take on the same problem. This has cost me and my company a lot of time and money.
All of the brands logo links are invalid now. That’s why I’m scratching my head. This all happened after one of your team made the site work again. There are new database apps in my dashboard and things done that I have no clue about. He got the site working again but I am in a serious bind without major functionality of the site. Just trying to figure out what has happened. Not sure if you guys have a history of the issues my company has been experiencing but it goes back pretty deep. I know your crew is top-notch, just looking to resolve the problem so I can utilize the functionality of my site to actually make money. I am in deep and this is my final hurdle between success and failure.

UPDATE!!!!:
I just spoke with Bluehost support, they said the script errors are pointing to missing dependencies (which your database guy was pointing out, I find out, by adding those script plugins).
The missing dependencies are from AVIA TOOLS, which were disabled by your guy to get my site back up and running.

This was found by your tech there. 3 months ago, maybe… I have been experiencing issues for a very long time. Please escalate this help.
The cart has a flyout window that is not showing when you hover over the cart icon. Also, the back to top arrow does not function. There was an issue with the main menu drop-downs and search bar being invisible as well, but the update seemed to fix that.
There are other issues that I am experiencing since the crash.
Now, all of my product manufacturer logos do not link to the brands landing page either. (private Link) Before the site went down, all of the logos I build with the product brands app are linking to an individual product page rather than the brands complete product catalog.
This is a recurring issue that Ismael helped me with before.Hello Ismael, and team, ever since the theme crashed, and the database had errors, from my last topic started, there have been a lot of issues that I cannot figure out.
Firstly, the opacity issue is back now on the cart, the search, and all main menu dropdowns, and I don’t know why. I did have to enable some applications to get the site back to normal, everything is just wrong. I am having Product Brands issue now with not landing on a brand archive page but are instead pointing to a random individual product.
This was functioning before everything crashed. I will post the current error log. Looking forward to hearing back.Now the site is pulling up as an IP address rather than my domain address. Look below for message about FTP access. I am hoping you can stick with me during this. I’ve had 5 different moderators trying to assist me to no avail.
Okay, the Bluehost tier 2 team has finished their research and they stated the following:
“The malware scan came back clean so it looks like the issue is with the theme.”
So, I guess you are free to do your repair work. Thanks!As of today, the response from tier 2 support from Bluehost said:
“We were informed that the site was crashing when the enfold theme was active, not that the WordPress dashboard was inaccessible. We apologize for the miscommunication. Yes the enfold theme is broken and causing the issue. We have again set the theme to the default twentyfifteen theme. However during our reinvestigation we did run a malware scan as there were some errors that would show that the memory limit was to low and when we would increase it the error would show that the limit was again too low. We will let you know the results of the scan once it completes. Also, there was an error with the “query monitor” plugin so we had to deactivate it.

Just wanted you to know this just came through today, in case you are both working at the same time. I’m sure that is not good.
The time here is 10:38 am Central Time USA, 8-21-18The PHP version that is most stable from them is 5.6. So I just had them load that version.
You are free to go ahead with the sweep and repair.
I have made a backup of the database to my desktop. The website files themselves are not backed up like images and links because it is so immense. Please go ahead with your database repair, assuming you will not be swiping all of my work.

The highest version they have of PHP 7.0 and they did update to that.
I’m finding out the oldest backup I have is one month old… Which is two weeks after this problem began…
This really stinks…I have to get help with these questions but it appears my site is completely generic. I certainly hope there is some backup somewhere of the entire database. Remember I have a full ecommerce package with over 20K products, and that means hundreds of thousands of images. I’ll respond after speaking with Bluehost.

Your WP credentials are good for a month. You also have unlimited quota for FTP. I do not know how to restart a server. Please check to make sure the PHP setting is now correct.Hey Ismael,
Please try to remember, that the WP admin side becomes unavailable when Enfold is enabled… We have been over this. Here again, are some more details that you are looking for. Look below. Bluehost has confirmed that this login works. If you have any further issues it’s on your end.
I need this fixed. Over a month now…If you cannot access with these credentials then I need for you to tell me the best way to create you a login that gives you the access you need.

Please notice that all the info is previously provided about why I am not using Enfold. You’d have to read the thread entirely for login and for the reason in which Enfold will not work. I am paying for this product and I’ve been without my site for a month and I keep getting the same questions from here without any resolution. Please, try to follow through with me so I can get out of here and back into my site that has been entirely erased.It’s like this is a way to buy time. 3 different people chiming in and asking me for new logins is costing me time and money. SERious matter for me.

This is a very serious matter for me, here. Can you possibly use the same credentials that Yigit used? I know it takes a minimum of 24-72 hours for a response, but in the meantime my entire site is not as designed and ZERO PRODUCTS out of 20K that are no longer visible to my customers.

I had to enable a different theme for you to accessCrashed!!! The site is completely crashed since I used a backup. Confirmed with Bluehost that it is in fact the Enfold Theme.
