Great, how do I fix this? Removing that file did nothing. Replacing the file with an updated version did nothing.
Buttons and Icon Boxes are still broken.
Any updates here?
You bet.
Yes, there is a slide option in the settings for Partner Logos.
Amen Rob! Love the idea and I’ve been pushing for this for a long time. The time it would take the mods to do this on the front end…would save them a ton of time on the back end.
If you look at the contact page, it also has screwed up the form. The fields are not supposed to be full-width, but rather 1/3.
Chrome inspector is showing the following errors:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
6f4b9123cbf7c3bcdfb36b69c33d7aa1.js:1 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
VM530:1 LayerSlider v6.7.1 initialized
blank.gif Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()That would not work, as it would eliminate the diagonal border on the bottom of “Why We’re Here”.
I still think this is a potential bug. If I remove the background image, everything looks fine.
Additionally…
If you look at the “Who We Are” section, I’m doing the same thing with the one difference being…there is no diagonal border defined above it.
As a test, I went ahead and added a diagonal border above the “Who We Are” section. As you can see in this image, I was able to reproduce the issue.
April 5, 2018 at 3:56 pm in reply to: Issues with… WordPress 4.9.4 // Enfold Version 4.2.6. // Woocommerce 3.3.4 #937787Hey Benoit. The only line you need in your wp-config.php file, of the two you mentioned, is shown below. 768M is pretty much a standard for web hosts these days.
Good on you for trying to troubleshoot your issues. Feel free to join this Enfold group (non-affiliated), for support, tips, and design discussion. If you would have posted your issues, we\I would have told you not to uninstall your plugins, but rather…deactivate them. : )
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘768M’ );
Apologies. The site is back.
Got it, Thank you for following up so quickly. Good to go.
A background (e.g. horizontal color) of #FFFFFF is rendering, NOT a diagonal border. How do I fix ths?
I’m pretty convinced this is a bug now. If you remove the background from the HOW WE DO IT section the issue goes away.
That same exact background is used in the WHO WE ARE section and there are no issues.
So, I believe the bug is introduced when you add a background image to a section below where a diagonal border is defined.
Looking at your screenshot, #F1F1F1 is defined. Yet, #FFFFFF is being displayed.
I’m not specifically defining #FFFFFF anywhere (background, diagonal border, etc.) in these sections.
I’ve created an admin account for you.
Looks like we just missed each other. Good to go.
Good to go. For others….
.av-tab-arrow-container {
display: inline-block;
}Thanks, Jordan. Now, I just need to align the arrows.
Thanks. My client is actively standing by, as we just put this in place, so I’m hoping this can be confirmed one way or the other.
Hello. I’ve seen tons of other people’s tickets get responded to, multiple times since I’ve posted this question.
Did you click on an actual icon (i.e. Portfolio Item)? Please try the following so we can ALL be on the same page.
1. Law Firms tab
2. Leverage Technology Systems tab
3. Case and Matter Management icon
4. Click the back arrow of your browserFor myself and my client (multiple users and multiple browsers), we can all reproduce this.
Thanks!

March 30, 2018 at 10:27 pm in reply to: URGENT I just messed up my whole website/where do I find the css overrides file? #935463Hi Linda. Do you have a backup up your database? If so, I would restore the latest backup you have. If you’re not sure, check with your web hosting support.
Hello. In the Custom CSS field, you only enter the class (e.g. yourcustomclass). Then, in Enfold > Quick CSS, you reference your custom class.
Example:
.yourcustomclass {font-size: 16px;}
Edit: Fixed the hash typo
Inspecting that item, shows it as an entry in one of your menus, as a Mega Menu item.
For the Blog entry in the blue bar, remove that by going to Enfold’s Extra Elements section.
For the other, this HAS TO BE defined in a menu somewhere. Go through EACH menu under WordPress > Appearance > Menus.
Remember to clear ALL caching (web hosting, plugins, browser.)
Enfold will have to help you unless you post the URL publicly. : )
Link to website?
You don’t need CSS to hide a menu item. Simply delete the menu item from the menu.
Can’t see your website link, but make sure your web hosting has PHP 7.x or above implemented. Also, if you have FTP access, it’s best to copy up a clean copy of the latest Enfold version. Updating ANY theme from the WordPress dashboard is not the best practice.
