1) on the Homepage the footer is not stretched and not at the bottom – issue is only on the frontpage. you can compare the screenshots.

I have unfortunately the same problem. Tabs are now no longer displayed.

The issue is on 3.9, and on 3.8 (i have downgrade my site, because WPML doesn’t work on 3.9 atm.
