Hi,

That sounds like something is missing on the server, you would have to reach out to your hosting provider for further help with that. You might be able to find help in an article like this as well: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/php-installation-missing-mysql-extension-required-by-wordpress/

Archive pages are not editable using the Layout Builder unfortunately. But if you really want to create your own archive pages, then you could create them as pages for example, then redirect the actual archive page to the new page.
