Hi,
I’m not sure how that happened, but we’ll keep this thread open in case you should see it again.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. One page is published and the other one is a draft, if you publish the draft it will get another slug.
The blue text is getting its styling from the strong tag, so you have a likely left a tag open somewhere. Try going through the content before that text and close all tags properly.
The boxes are not present on either page, so I’m guessing that they disappeared? That is usually the case when html tags are left unclosed, it will break the layout builder and content below it will disappear.

RikardHey joguitar,
Could you post a link to where we can see the element in question, and try to explain the problem you are having a bit further please?

RikardHey Ad-Min747,

There is a 403 server error on the login page, are you blocking some IP ranges maybe? We are located in the countries in private.

RikardHey Computer-Spezialisten.de,
We don’t have any records of that unfortunately. I would suggest that you create a separate token for each of your sites, then keep a record of which site is using which license in a local file for reference.

RikardHey Giorgia,
A theme license is valid for life, there are no extra fees :-)

Thanks for the update. I’m seeing the file in private in the source code, is that correct? That is the file that has been set in the theme options as well.

RikardHey JaimBateman,
403 error means that it’s forbidden by the server, please try reaching out to your hosting provider and check why that is.

RikardHey condonp,
Did you create the page in question yourself using the Layout Builder and the Blog Posts element? If not, then please try doing so.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. What happens if you upgrade your PHP version to 8.0 or higher?
Your site is running on an outdated version of PHP (7.2.34), which does not receive security updates and soon will not be supported by WordPress. Ensure that PHP is updated on your server as soon as possible. Otherwise you will not be able to upgrade WordPress.
What is PHP and how does it affect my site?
PHP is one of the programming languages used to build WordPress. Newer versions of PHP receive regular security updates and may increase your site’s performance. The minimum recommended version of PHP is 7.4.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (6.0.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/. Also make sure that you are running the latest version of WordPress.
