Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

I’m not sure exactly what you are referring to, but you can set text sizes for all screens under Enfold->General Styling->Typography.

You can change the logo to be used when the header is transparent under Enfold->Theme Options->Transparency Options.

Hi,

Did you select to display a sidebar in the Layout menu while editing the page in question? Also please note that the sidebar will not display next to full width element like Color Sections and Grid Row elements. It will display next to the last non full width element in that case.
