Hey reqonsult,
No you don’t need anything extra in your installation, the demo can be imported under Enfold->Demo Import.

RikardNovember 10, 2024 at 12:48 pm in reply to: Advance Layout Editor Cannot Edit Existing Blocks #1470996Hi,
Thanks for that. Did you copy some the content from somewhere? There seems to be a lot of unnecessary markup in the content, and some markup which seems to be open as well. For example:
<div style="clear: both;"></div> <div style="padding-top: 2em;">
I enabled debug mode under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show advanced options for you, and created a test page. Please see private. The content in the code block element seems to be commented out as well? Please try to remove anything which is not actually used on the page.
Best regards,
RikardHey peterolle,
We haven’t seen that on any of our test installation, and we’ve had no reports from other users either. Is this error reproducible in any way?

Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. The behaviour seems to be different now compared to when I checked it last, did you manage to find a solution?

RikardNovember 10, 2024 at 12:18 pm in reply to: Having trouble saving, once I reach content limit? #1470991Hi,
Thanks for the update, and sorry for late reply. This problem seems to be happening randomly, and when it does it looks like the page which is supposed to be reloaded after saving is then displaying a 404 error instead. Do you really not have anything in your server error logs since you’ve had this problem?

RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #after_full_slider_1 { z-index: 99999; }

RikardHey rvga,
The version of the theme that you are running is very old, the first thing that you should do is to update it to the latest version. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/

I can’t see any elements covering the header on the page you linked to, did you manage to find a solution? If not, then please share a screenshot highlighting the problem.
Best regards,
RikardHey Paweł,
You will need access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your license, otherwise you will have to purchase another license. Once you have access to the theme files, then the update to 6.0.6 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/Best regards,

Thanks for that. Could you share login details to the site in question in private? Also please post direct links to pages where the sidebars are not working as they should.

RikardHey Woutski,
Could you share a screenshot highlighting what you would like to achieve please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update.
1. I’m still not sure what you are looking to achieve, please try to be a bit more specific.
2. The column which contains the image looks to have a parallax effect added to, please check the column settings.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
That element is added via an iframe, so we can’t change that via CSS unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for sharing @guenni007, that is correct. If you would like to compress and merge JS and CSS files, then you have that option in the theme as well @tti. But since you are using WP Rocket, I don’t think that you will need to use that functionality.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this instead:
#top #header .av-main-nav li#menu-item-691:hover a .avia-menu-text { color: #fff !important; }
Best regards,
RikardHey luckyfish,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem that you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the detailed description, it helps us understand the problem better. Please note that you do not need the debug function anymore, as debug mode can be set under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show Advanced Options.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
That is something that only you have access to, you should be able to see the details in your hosting account.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Then it’s likely turned off by your hosting provider, please reach out to them. You can also add the code using FTP like Ismael wrote earlier.

I can’t see an accordion element on the page that you linked to, where can we see the actual problem?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure that I fully understand your intentions, or if I can see the problem with the slider. Please provider us with screenshots highlighting the problem and what you would like to achieve.
In the future, please try to stick to one question/problem per thread.
