RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We would need to at least be able to see the problem happening on an actual site, it doesn’t really matter where. If you have screenshots and step by step instructions, then that would help too.
Best regards,
RikardHi Matthias,
Did you purchase the theme license, or did the developer do it for you? In order to access updates, you will need to have access to a Themeforest account. If you don’t, then you might want to reach out to your developer, or purchase your own license.
Best regards,
Rikard-

Hi,
Thanks for the update. As I wrote earlier; I see the problem on your site, but it’s working as it should when I use your logo on a test installation. So again; could you try to reinstall the theme to see if that helps? We can do it for you if you share FTP login details with us as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi Susanne,
Enfold does not control their layouts, I would recommend that you reach out to the plugin authors for further support.
Best regards,
RikardHi Philipp,
We would need a proof of purchase in order to help you out with updating. If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase the license you are using, the I would recommend that you purchase a new license. Otherwise you will have this same problem every time you want to update the theme, or access the theme files.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see the problem on your site, but I can’t reproduce it on a test installation running the same version of the theme. Could you try to reinstall the theme to see if that helps? We can do it for you if you share FTP login details with us as well.
Best regards,
RikardHey iveyeng,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.postid-9987 span.author a { pointer-events: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS instead:
#searchform_element input::-webkit-input-placeholder { color: pink; } #searchform_element input::-moz-placeholder { color: pink; } #searchform_element input:-ms-input-placeholder { color: pink; } #searchform_element input:-moz-placeholder { color: pink; }Best regards,
RikardHi Kelsey,
Maybe it would be better if you add the image as a background instead?
The purchase code you posted doesn’t seem to be registered on the forum. If you need to extend your support period, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

RikardHi,
It might be the theme, but I can’t really say for sure unless we can see the actual problem. Next time you might want to update a bit more frequently, instead of waiting almost 5 years.
Best regards,
RikardHi Volker,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Are you asking if you can automatically import layouts into the Enfold layout builder? If so, then that is unfortunately not possible if you are currently running a different theme.

You might have left some CSS or media queries open, you can check your code using a tool like this: http://csslint.net/

RikardHey daves1997,
Could you post a link to where we can see the table in question please? Also, I’m not sure what a squigly is?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. This CSS is causing that to happen:
@media only screen and (min-width: 1025px) { .single-product form { position: absolute !important; width: 65%; right: 0; } }Do you know where that might have been added?

RikardApril 8, 2022 at 5:56 pm in reply to: Color section: set a different image background position for mobile #1347736Hi Jutta,
Thanks for the update. Did you use a different image for the mobile section? You should probably try an image which is more vertically centered, as opposed to horizontally centered on desktop. There’s are no exact pixels value that I can give, since there are so many different screen sizes to take into account. Some loss of image data is inevitable as well, when using images as backgrounds, but it should look better if you use an image which is better adapted to mobile screens. If you should need any further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey Jochen,
Thanks for the login details. Are you overriding header.php or footer.php in your child theme? If so, then please try replacing those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisation back in after that.

RikardApril 8, 2022 at 2:37 pm in reply to: Website Breaks with Any Update or Change to Child Theme Options #1347720Hi,
Thanks for that. If file compression is active in the theme under Performance, then the SG Optimiser will create problems. I’ve turned file compression off for you, and that seems to have helped. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey FelixB,
I was helping you with most of the problems in your other thread, and I have yet to find any problems caused by the theme on your site. All of your problems in the other thread seems to be plugin related. Maybe you could try fixing the problems on your staging site, then push it to your live site once you are done?
Best regards,
RikardHey EricSmeets,
After logging in, your site redirects to your hosting login screen. Where can we see the actual problem?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
