There’s nothing in Enfold which would import designs from other themes unfortunately. If you can’t use the regular WordPress import functionality, then you would need to rebuild your content using the Layout Builder in Enfold.

Thanks for the update. It seems like your site is sometimes running out of memory. Does it make any difference if you deactivate a few plugins? Some of them might not even be necessary to have installed. Also, do you know what the current memory limit is on your site?

.html_header_top.html_header_sticky #top #wrap_all #main {
    padding-top: 45px !important;
}

If you don’t want that applying to mobile devices either, then please put that in a media query as well.

It’s not possible to nest columns like that by default unfortunately, but you should be able to get the basic layout using a Color Section and 1/2 elements. For the nested columns, you could try to copy 1/2 shortcodes into the first 1/2 element. You would need to enable debug mode for that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. Custom CSS would also be an alternative. If you should need any further help, then please post a link to where we see your current layout.

I’m seeing the same problem when I deactivate plugins, maybe there are some limitations in your hosting subscription which might be causing this to happen? Our support is limited when it comes to problems which are not theme related unfortunately, so you might be better off posting this problem on a general WordPress help forum, or try reaching out to your hosting provider.
