Hi,
Thanks for the update. I checked your site in both Chrome and Firefox, and it’s loading without any problems in both browsers. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Ulf,
Thanks for the login details. Does it make any difference if you temporarily deactivate all plugins?
Best regards,
RikardHi Anish,
Thanks for the update. It would likely be better if you asked your other question in a separate thread.
Best regards,
RikardHey Michael,
There’s nothing like that in the theme unfortunately. It might be possible to create functionality like that, but it would be out of scope of theme support.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Could you post a link to where we can see the problem you are having please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m on OSX as well, but I doubt that the problem would be caused by the OS platform. I can ask other moderators to check your site as well though, if you should think that this is a Windows problem.
Best regards,
RikardHey viZaar,
If you are seeing different results depending on if you are logged in or not, then it’s most likely caching related. There’s nothing in the theme which would displaying different styles or content based on if a user is logged in or not.
If you need further help, then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
If you haven’t registered any of you licenses before, then it shouldn’t matter which one you use. When you do register them, I would recommend that you keep a record locally on your computer which license was used for which site. We don’t have the information you are looking for, so we can’t help you out with that unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
.widget li a { float: left; width: 30px; line-height: 30px; display: block; margin: 0px; outline: none; padding: 0; min-height: 30px; height: 100%; overflow: visible; z-index: 2; position: relative; text-align: center; }Best regards,
RikardHi Erwin,
The purchase codes should have been emailed to your at the time of purchase, and I think your receipts should be available in your Themeforest account as well. The purchase codes are not used to register and update the theme anymore though, tokens are used now instead: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. If you want to use one of your old licenses, then you should be able to simply delete the site, then use the license in question on the new site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
.widget li a:before { font-size: 20px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please see screenshot in private for what I’m seeing on my end using Chrome. Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Envato studio is what is being shut down, nothing else as far as I know :-)
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this in Quick CSS:
.widget li { display: inline-block; }Best regards,
RikardHey Kristian,
I’m not sure about the information you have, didn’t that only apply to Envato Studio? We haven’t heard anything about Envato shutting down, and I find that highly unlikely as well.
Best regards,
RikardHey finchkelsey,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.av-tab-section-image { position: absolute; top: 20px; } .av-section-tab-title { padding: 90px 20px 0px 20px; }Best regards,
RikardHey newmediologo,
Please try using markup like this:
<ul><li class='social_bookmarks_facebook av-social-link-facebook social_icon_1'><a target="_blank" aria-label="Link to Facebook" href='https://facebook.com/#' aria-hidden='false' data-av_icon='' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello' title='Facebook' rel="noopener"><span class='avia_hidden_link_text'>Facebook</span></a></li><li class='social_bookmarks_linkedin av-social-link-linkedin social_icon_2'><a target="_blank" aria-label="Link to LinkedIn" href='https://linkedin.com/#' aria-hidden='false' data-av_icon='' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello' title='LinkedIn' rel="noopener"><span class='avia_hidden_link_text'>LinkedIn</span></a></li><li class='social_bookmarks_instagram av-social-link-instagram social_icon_3'><a target="_blank" aria-label="Link to Instagram" href='https://instagram.com/#' aria-hidden='false' data-av_icon='' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello' title='Instagram' rel="noopener"><span class='avia_hidden_link_text'>Instagram</span></a></li><li class='social_bookmarks_mail av-social-link-mail social_icon_4'><a aria-label="Link to Mail" href='#' aria-hidden='false' data-av_icon='' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello' title='Mail'><span class='avia_hidden_link_text'>Mail</span></a></li></ul>Best regards,

RikardHi,
I can’t see any difference on my end when I compare your site in Chrome and Brave, could you post a screenshot or screencast highlighting the problem please? Also please try using a private browser window in Brave to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The default values are what applies if you don’t make any settings yourself.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The default values are set in the theme stylesheets, not in the theme options. If you want the default theme styling, then don’t change them under Advanced Styling.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that you are using the purchase code in the theme option. That won’t work unfortunately, you will have to generate a token as specified in the documentation I linked to. I see that the Envato plugin is working though.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. So you still see the warning when WooCommerce is the only active plugin? I’m asking since there might be a conflict coming from some of your other active plugins. Also, did you add any customisations at all to either the theme or WooCommerce?
Best regards,
