RikardSeptember 21, 2022 at 1:28 pm in reply to: Issues at webpage after update to newest 5.1.2 version #1365837Hi,
The latest versions of the theme is stable as well, but you will need to update the files I mentioned earlier.
The widget problem is a WordPress update, and the latest version of the theme will automatically implement the classic layout instead. If you want to continue using the version you are currently running, then please use a plugins like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/
Best regards,
RikardHey Samuel,
A child theme is used to override the parent, yes. The settings you have in the active theme are the once that will apply. If that is your child, then those settings will apply. If you want to backup your current settings, then you can do so under Enfold->Import/Export.
Best regards,
RikardHi Bianca,
Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also please try to explain the problem you are having a bit further, as I’m not sure I fully understand it.

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHey Magdalena,
Thanks for the screenshots. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual element as well please?

RikardSeptember 21, 2022 at 10:35 am in reply to: Issues at webpage after update to newest 5.1.2 version #1365799Hey nowcio,
The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify.
It looks like you are still running the old version of the theme? If you run inte problems with the footer after the update, then please replace footer.php and header.php in your child theme with the parent theme files, if you are overriding those files. You can add your customisations back in after that.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The login details seems to be working, but I get redirected to the URL in private afterwards, and there’s no way of accessing the WordPress backend. How can we access the backend of the site?
Please try to install and configure this plugin, to see if the updates come through via that: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
RikardHey cuccarini,
Please try the following in Quick CSS for the button:
.forminator-button { border-radius: 35px; padding: 20px 50px; }I’m not sure I fully understand your second question though, where exactly are you looking to add more information?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
.avia-gallery-big { background-color: orange; border-color: red; }Best regards,
RikardHey cyberpatientmarketing,
Please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that Mike could help you out. I’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi,
Once you have switched to the Enfold Layout Builder, then that should automatically load when you edit the page. In other words, you will only need to do that once.
Best regards,
RikardHey Samuel,
I’m not sure I fully understand your intentions. Do you want a blockquote tag to look like the content in the page you linked to? If so, then why would you need two elements which look the same?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic, or if we can close it.

RikardHi Eve,
You can only have one demo active at a time, but you can import the content from more than one demo if you like. Please note that your theme settings will be update when you import a new demo. If you want to keep theme settings, then you can export/import them in the theme settings.
If you want to add/change content between pages, then you would have to enable debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
All demos are available for you to import in the theme options once you have installed the theme. You don’t buy demos separately.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. Are you still in touch with the developers who set your site up? If so, then please try reaching out to them first of all. If you can’t get what you need from them, then I would consider buying a new license. Otherwise you will have this problem every time you want to update the theme, or when you need to access the theme files at Themeforest.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for letting us know, I’ll close this thread for now then. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHey AHolm1957,
I’m only seeing a 404 error on the new site, do we need to login to see it maybe? If so, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The login details you posted are not working anymore, but if you want to remove debug mode, then please open functions.php in the actual theme. The debug code starts after this function:
if( isset( $avia_config['use_child_theme_functions_only'] ) ) { return; }On line 45 or 46.

Great, I’m glad that you found it. Please try this CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #clmspc { margin-bottom: 0; } }You can give it negative margin as well, if that should be necessary. If so, then replace 0 with -20px for example.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Did you register your theme license? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
If the updates should not come through via the theme, then please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

RikardHi,
As far as I’m aware, there’s no such common code no. If all the social platforms decide to create something like that in the future, then I’m sure it will be implemented in a plugin like Yoast for example.
